1200℃ Heavy Duty 1200gsm Satin Weave Fiber Glass High Silica Fabric
Fiberglass high silica cloth is fibre glass fabric which has more than 96% SiO2. It can withstand 1200℃ continuously. The softening point of this fabric is close to 1700℃. This silica cloth has a high content of SiO2, so it provides excellent protection in high temperature work. High silica fabric can be used for welding/ fire protective covers, protection blanket, duct connectors, gasket materials in valves controlling the molten alloys and so on.

Silica fabric is fiberglass fabric which is treated to be with excellent fire protection. Especially it has superior resistance to molten metal spatter. So it is a great fabric for welding protection and an ideal materials for cutting operations. Unionfull's silica cloth provides improved chemical corrasion and abrasion resistance (as they have a special finish). Silica cloth also has low heat capacity and thermal conductivity.
Weave type of this 1200g fabric is Satin 12HS, 600g can be 8HS.
Colors are white and light brown.
Common width is 91.44cm and 100cm.
